Why Have a Personal Brand ?

We think a personal brand is a career growth requirement. It is easier to build your dream team if you are already on your way to building yourself! The direction your life goes is completely in your hands, that is why we want to explain exactly what a personal brand is and what it does!

Ok, I have heard about Personal Branding but what is it?!

It's all about differentiation! You are unique, I know it, you know it but it's your job to make sure all your professional acquaintances know it! It's best to remember that while this is a self-promotion technique, it really is a journey to continue defining and redefining yourself as a leader. It's all about showing your specialty, leaving your mark, connecting with your target audience and focusing your energy!

Why is it essential to my career?

It shows you have a level of standards that you live up to and require from those you work with. Not only will you show you are capable but you will stand out in front of your peers that do not have a focused brand. ​

I'm overwhelmed, how do I get started?

  1. Find your three words. That means the three words that you can say quickly to define yourself, what you do and what you know!
  2. What value does is your brand able to constantly deliver? Showcase your achievements and success.
  3. Be authentic, with yourself and others! A personal brand is a relationship and experience that you give those that deal with you, the people you represent and your team!
  4. Lastly, speak up and live your brand. Contribute your knowledge, build your online presence (aka LinkedIn), be able to talk about yourself and your expertise, and always put your best foot forward
